Article by A. Lalak in «Corporate Lawyer» Magazine

This March issue of «Corporate Lawyer» Magazine published a feature article by Westside Advisors associate Anton Lalak on current procedure of cassational and supervisory judicial review in light of recent abolition of the Supreme Commercial (Arbitrazh) Court of the Russian Federation followed by changes to the arbitrazh court system.
