Law Firm Network regional meeting in Antwerp, Belgium

Regional Meeting of The Law Firm Network, to which Westside Advisors is a member, took place in Antwerp, Belgium, on 26th and 27th of November. Westside Advisors’ Managing Partner Sergey Vodolagin took part in the Conference.

The meeting was hosted by Belgian law firm LVP LAW.

The main topic of the Meeting was Negotiating and enforcing cross border contracts. During the Meeting the issues prior to the conclusion of a contract, relevant clauses in international contacts, remedies and procedural issues in different jurisdictions (16 countries in total) were discussed.
